DONNELLY HOUSE
Located in Down Town Mount Dora : The Donnelly House was built in 1893 , a Queen – Anne Style Structure . It was built by the first mayor John Phillip Donnelly for himself and the former Annie Stone, both married in 1891. Donnelly, who moved to the area in 1879, was an early developer and entrepreneur.The Donnelly House has many features such as Queen Ann Victorian detailing Molding’s, tin roof, a octagonal turret and a wraparound porch.
